Scouting is many youths’ introduction to the great outdoors and, most important, a lesson on their place in it. Now, let the adventure of a lifetime begin.
Scouting builds leaders. Former Scouts sit on the boards of global corporations, walk the halls of the White House, and have been known to occasionally go hiking on the moon. The life lessons they learn in Scouting help them make good decisions throughout life.
Many Scouts achieve more before the age of 18 than some people do in a lifetime. Best of all, they do it to not only improve themselves, but also their communities and country.
There are many paths to follow in life. With the invaluable guidance of adult leaders, Scouts are better prepared to enjoy their lifelong journey that leads them to personal success.
For over 100 years, Scouting programs have instilled in youth the values found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Today, these values are just as relevant in helping youth grow to their full potential as they were in 1910. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives.

Together, we have a great time!
Ensuring a secure and supportive environment for every Scout is at the heart of what we do. We prioritize well-being for confident learning, growth, and exploration.
We welcome new families year-round. Discover how easy it is to become part of our supportive community.
The best way to find out what you do best is to do it. Swing a bat. Pitch a tent. Build a Pinewood Derby® car. Cub Scouts are at the magical age where everything is new and possible and, most important, fun.

How old (or young) can a child be to join Cub Scouting?
Cub Scouting is for boys and girls in kindergarten through fifth grade, or generally 5 to 10 years of age. They must be at least 5 by September 1st.
2. Can girls join?
Yes! Pack 67 is an inclusive Family Pack that welcomes boys and girls.
3. Can my child join if they didn't participate in previous years?
YES. Children can join Cub Scouts at any point during their eligible grades (K-5). They don't need to have completed previous ranks.
4. Can my child try a meeting or event before joining?
Yes. We welcome potential Scouts to attend a meeting or event with a parent/guardian present to see if it's a good fit. Contact us for more information!
5. How much does it cost to join Pack 67?
Registration is $325 for 12 months. This includes:
$175 to Scouting America (includes National/Council registration, general liability insurance, and support).

Fees are pro-rated by joining month. Additional costs for uniforms, campouts, and den activities. Campouts are usually between $50-$70/person including food. Financial aid is available - just ask!
6. How often do you meet?
Between 2-3x/month. There is a monthly den meeting and a monthly Packwide gathering - either a Tuesday night meeting or a weekend event. There will also be community volunteering opportunities plus special events. >>View the calendar
7. Is Cub Scouts a "drop-off" activity?
Cub Scouting is a family-oriented program, and parent / guardians encouraged to engage and participate with their scouts at all scouting events. Per Scouting America policy, scouts in the Lion or Tiger den must have a parent/guardian present at all times; however, in the culture of our pack, parents are expected to attend no matter their child's age.
We have extensive protocols in place to keep kids safe, and they are described in the Guide to Safe Scouting.
